Clarion Associates Rebrand
As the Graphics and Marketing Manager at Clarion Associates, I initiated and managed the rebrand of Clarion Associates' Denver and Chapel Hill offices. By facilitating the consensus-building process with 5 national directors, I successfully developed and implemented a marketing and communications plan that effectively defined the firm brand and narrative as a historically recognized industry leader that is innovative, modern, and adaptable through a rigorous redesign of the firm logo, website, social media strategy, marketing collateral, and work products.
Website Redesign
I hired and managed the digital agency, Zenman, to develop a website that reflected the new brand strategy and reinforced the new firm narrative. By creating the website structure of Who We Are, What We Do, and How Well We Do it, we were able to effectively communicate the breadth and quantity of the firm's portfolio and client testimonials.
Business Cards
As part of the rebranding process, I restructured the firm's services, represented by icons, to reinforce the narrative of a work product that could could span a city's entire development process from beginning to end, supporting the city's efforts in planning, land use regulations, real estate, and sustainability.
Graphics
In addition to the redesign of the firm brand and marketing collateral, I managed the design of all work products, including document templates, code and plan graphics, infographics, and graphics books.
Eblasts
As the Marketing Manager, I managed and grew a contact database of 4,500+ contacts and designed eblasts to update our clients on webinars, events, and opportunities to get to to know the firm on a more personal basis.
